Terms of Service

Columbia Colocation / Crescent Bar Internet, LLC

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of colocation, bare metal, storage, and game server services provided by Crescent Bar Internet, LLC dba Columbia Colocation ("Columbia Colocation," "we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to or using our services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Columbia Colocation provides rack space colocation, dedicated bare metal server rental, S3-compatible object storage, SMB/NFS file storage, and game server hosting — all operating on Grant County PUD's fiber network in Quincy, WA. The scope and availability of services may vary. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Customers must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete registration and billing information. You agree to update this information promptly if changes occur.

3. Equipment and Hardware

Customers colocating their own hardware retain ownership of that hardware at all times. Columbia Colocation is not responsible for hardware damage, failure, or loss not caused by our negligence. Customers are responsible for ensuring their equipment meets power draw, rack unit, and safety specifications. Equipment installed by or belonging to Columbia Colocation remains our property.

4. Acceptable Use

Use of our services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, available on our website. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of service.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous uptime, Columbia Colocation does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Outages caused by Grant County PUD infrastructure, carrier events, or force majeure are outside our direct control, though we will coordinate to resolve them promptly.

6. Billing and Payment

All services are billed monthly on a month-to-month basis with no annual contract. Payment is due on the billing date. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension. Setup fees, if any, are disclosed at time of signup.

7. Term and Termination

Service is provided month-to-month. Customers may cancel with at least 5 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Columbia Colocation may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, policy violations, or other reasons with appropriate notice as required by law. Upon termination, customers are responsible for retrieving their colocated hardware within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Columbia Colocation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Columbia Colocation and Crescent Bar Internet, LLC harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
