Connected at the Source.

We're an ISP on Grant County's fiber network. Your server and your Grant County office are on the same local infrastructure — traffic between them never has to leave the county.

Sub-Millisecond Local Latency

Your Grant County office and your colocated server connect via Grant County PUD fiber. Response times no Seattle or California cloud provider can match.

🔒

Private VLAN Available

Keep your server and office traffic isolated from the public internet. Your data stays on PUD fiber end to end if you want it to.

Frequently Asked Questions.

Yes — colocation is BYOH (Bring Your Own Hardware). Whether it's a Raspberry Pi, NAS, firewall, or a full rackmount server, you provide the gear and we provide space, power, and connectivity. Bare metal server rental is available separately if you'd rather not deal with hardware.
Cloud providers route your traffic through Seattle or California data centers — adding 10–30ms minimum. Your colocated hardware and your Grant County office both connect via Grant County PUD's fiber, so traffic between them stays local. For databases, ERP systems, or anything latency-sensitive, that's a meaningful difference.
Via your static public IP or private VLAN — same as any remote server. If you need out-of-band console or power-cycle access, contact us and we'll work something out.
Call or text us and we'll schedule an on-site visit. Our technician is based in the Quincy area. Most situations — a reboot, cable check, or visual inspection — can be handled quickly on a scheduled visit.
No annual contract required. All plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime. Founder pricing locks your rate for 12 months from your start date — after that you move to standard pricing or we renegotiate.
We currently have single-feed power with UPS protection. Generator backup is in progress. We've had no power outages in over two years — Central Washington power is very reliable — but we're transparent that full redundancy isn't in place yet. Dual-home internet (automatic failover between Grant and Douglas County PUD feeds) is coming this year for network redundancy.
We're an ISP operating on Grant County PUD's fiber. Your colocated hardware connects through our routers and switches onto the PUD network — not through a third-party data center or a resale arrangement. The same fiber infrastructure that serves Grant County businesses and residents is what your server runs on.
Yes, subject to availability. We currently have 4 rack spaces. Larger deployments (quarter rack and up) are handled case by case — contact us to discuss.
